Role

As a CTO, you will be entrusted with the technical leadership at Stables. In the short term, you'll be hands-on, actively contributing to development. In the medium term, you will take the reins of a development team, shaping the technical strategy and providing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy robust solutions using Python with Django for backend and Next.js/React.js for frontend,
• Actively engage in coding and architecture, guiding the team in adopting best practices,
• Recruit, manage and nurture a development team, fostering a collaborative work environment,
• Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure technical objectives align with the overall vision,
• Work on Web 3 technology, particularly Tezos blockchain,
• Manage PostgreSQL database.

Profile

• Proven experience in development with Python, Django, Next.js/React.js, with a deep understanding of the technology stack,
• Demonstrated experience in managing development teams,
• Interest in Web 3 technologies, especially Tezos blockchain,
• Ability to balance an active technical role with leadership responsibilities.
